This alone isn’t massively problematic but he has 2-3 litters every year, with some of his bitches being bred back to back.

The reason he rehomed her is for alleged dog aggression against his other dogs, so either he bred a dog aggressive dog or he rehomed a good dog after breeding her. Angel was rehomed to Norca Canis Panthers, a kennel with multiple dogs.

He calls Klaus a pure Canis Panther despite being half Pit Bull. His reasoning is that the Pit Bull is a founding breed for the Canis Panther, the problem is that other people in the community with Dober-Panthers for example, he insists are not Canis Panthers, only Klaus.

Was in possession of a mixed breed dog named Shade, neutered Shade for alleged temperament issues, and when a rescue got ahold of Shade and tried finding him a home so he wouldn’t be euthanized, JD publicly pretended he and his club had no association with Shade. Last I heard he may have found a home but JD has not mentioned this situation since so far as we can tell.

When a breeder in the South went to jail and the dogs needed to be rescued, the person responsible for fostering and rehoming the dogs was asking for a $300 rehoming fee. JD refused to share the original post and was telling people it was a $500 rehoming fee.
